How to reset AirPods on Android?
Reset your AirPods on Android by making sure your AirPods have enough battery life. Then, locate the round button at the back of your AirPods case. Hold the button and pay attention to the status light on your case. It should flash from white to amber light. Amber light means a successful reset.
3 steps to reset AirPods on Android
#1: Make sure your AirPods are partially charged
If your AirPods are below 10%, charge them for at least 5 mins.
When the battery is low, the reset won’t work. Why?
Because your Android device or your case will only recognize one AirPod.
Ultimately, you can’t reset your AirPods if only one AirPod is functioning.
Note: It’s not advisable to use your AirPods when their battery is below 10%. This leads to further damage in the long run. In addition, you’ll start to notice that your AirPod battery drains when not in use.

Then, press and hold the button for about 10 to 15 seconds.
#3: Wait for the white status light to turn amber
For 1st-gen and 2nd-gen AirPods, the status light is located inside your case – between each AirPod.
If you have an AirPods Pro or wireless charging case, the status light will be at the front of your case.
After holding down the button at the back of your AirPods case, you’ll see a white light first.
Then, within 10 to 15 seconds, the white light should turn into an amber color.
This means you’ve successfully reset your AirPods.
