A while ago I worked in the customer service field for Sutherland (Spotify project).

I was answering a lot of questions every day.

And I discovered that I love to answer questions about technology.

This didn’t go unnoticed…

I received a lot of compliments.

My managers were impressed with my writing.

What this has to do with you?

My manager told me that my instructions are really helpfull.

So I wanted to help more people by combining my talent to break down things simply, and explaining stuff around Smart Home (one of my passions).

And that’s why I came up with this website.
